Schools in cities charge fees, which makes parents believe that teachers and school management will be motivated to do more.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately lack of discipline and drugs have arrived even in schools that were once thought to be perfect. This should be a course for concern for officials and parents.<\/p>\n<p>An unannounced search by the Capricorn District municipality at a prestigious school in Polokwane revealed a lot of weapons and other paraphernalia.<\/p>\n<p>The school visited is Noorderland High School located at the start of dorp street in Polokwane just on the off ramp from N1 from Makro.
