A career spanning almost two decades saw him play in Italy, France, England, UAE, China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and India after leaving Ghana side, Liberty Professionals in 2003. Gyan has struggled to regain form since leaving the Royals but has expressed desire to don the Porcupine colours if he has to play again.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/270a21b238ee4f52be762d7dda03d1a0\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf I want to play, I want to play locally, Kotoko. \u201cI\u2019m a huge Kotoko fan, for all these years I was born in Accra and I admired them from afar, some of the players I played with. \u201cI can never disrespect Accra Hearts of Oak but I\u2019m a Kotoko huge fan.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/bbde86f864a143eb909b99c576ee5f81\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt doesn\u2019t mean if I see Accra Hearts I will be.. no no, they are a huge club but I have got my team that I support.\u201d Asamoah Gyan said.
