It was also to shore up the morale of personnel deployed across the region.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"td-adspot-title\">&#8211;  &#8211;<\/span><br \/>\n<!-- ResponsiveAll --><\/p>\n<p>During the tour, the IGP and his team took time to engage drivers, transport unions, commuters and the general public on issues relating to general security and safety on the road.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"604\" data-id=\"242557\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-242557\"  data-lazy- src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/FB_IMG_1650383780644.jpg\"\/><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1080\" height=\"604\" data-id=\"242557\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/FB_IMG_1650383780644.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-242557\"  \/><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The team seized the opportunity to introduce the concept of \u201cCOAT\u201d to drivers and other road users.
