The festival brings together chiefs and people to the Manhyia Palace.<\/p>\n<p>Among the huge crowd of people at the Akwasidae were several government officials and dignitaries not excluding chiefs.<\/p>\n<p>Ogiame Atuwatse III is the traditional ruler of the Warri Kingdom in Nigeria.
