Yaa Asantewaa, a woman, has described how she poisoned her two children and then committed suicide.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, April 19, 2022, she told the host of Ezra FM’s and Ezra TV’s Apatakese3 Ase Program, Sofomaame Naana Hayford<\/strong>, that her decision to commit that heinous crime was borne out of hardship and her husband’s irresponsibility.<\/p>\n

The resident of Aboaso, in the Ashanti region, stated that when she came to her senses, she took the poisonous food and threw it away.<\/p>\n

“I asked myself why I should kill myself and my children for the sake of a man and threw away the food,” she told Sofomaame Naana Hayford<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

She decided to devoice her husband after realizing he had neglected his responsibilities for their two children and was spending all of his time on a business trip, but her siblings advised her not to.<\/p>\n

She stated that she has two children and has been married for over twenty years.<\/p>\n
