Kweku Flick<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ghanaian rapper, Andy Osei Sarfo, popularly known as Kweku Flick, says he wasn\u2019t disappointed when none of his works got a nomination in the upcoming edition of the VGMAs.<\/p>\n

He disclosed this in an interview with Andy Dosty<\/strong> on Daybreak Hitz<\/strong> on Hitz FM<\/em><\/strong>, when he was asked about his recent accolades, and how he felt about not getting any nomination in the upcoming VGMAs.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not disappointed, but last year I was, because \u2018Money\u2019 wasn\u2019t nominated for Most Popular Song of the Year, but this year, I\u2019m cool,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The \u2018Attack\u2019 hitmaker, who is on a radio tour promoting his new song, \u2018Ewiase\u2019, said he will have a problem with the VGMAs if he doesn\u2019t get a nomination next year.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will give a big shout to VGMAs for not giving me a nomination, but if next year I don\u2019t get a nomination then I can talk about it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Kweku Flick got a nomination in the just ended 3Music Awards, for a feature on the \u2018Sika Aba Fie\u2019 song by Kwaku Darlington, with additional vocals by Yaw Tog, but it didn\u2019t win.<\/p>\n

Even though Kweku Flick couldn\u2019t pick an award at this year\u2019s edition of the awards scheme, he is determined on doing so next year.<\/p>\n

The \u2018No Sleeping\u2019 rapper added that he will be releasing his debut EP in May.<\/p>\n

The first single of the project, \u2018Ewiase\u2019, is out on all streaming platforms.<\/p>\n
