He is therefore calling on the impeachment of Akufo-Addo as a president for Ghana.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/1d75eefc03ba4d748be51dc5ea18e56c\"\/><\/p>\n<p>In a post shared on his official Facebook page on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022 he wrote;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As a Constitutional Lawyer; defence of our 1992 Constitution (until we get a new one) runs Supreme in my thinking of how we preserve the rule of law. It has always. Even when I have been that document\u2019s loudest critic; my advocacy has drawn attention to its strengths and to how we can use it to arm democratic activism!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The President\u2019s use of the National Security to stage an armed robbery to retrieve his naked pictures reflects the gravest breach of constitutional trust. If we allow this too to pass, we have effectively disarmed the hold of law and our constitution over those who rule us.\u00a0<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/530de222b7ee414a90b87fe0511e6403\"\/><\/p>\n<p>We must take a stand as to which society we want to live in! Let us not claim to love the Constitution only when it\u2019s the low hanging fruits. May we not only speak out in its defence when we are seeking out the barest minimum.
