They raised the preliminary legal objection; that is all that they did. The two other judges, Justice Amegakye and Agnes raised very important legal objections to the application in substance and even to the writ that had been filed to the Supreme Court itself. These submissions that they made on their own have not been put forward to them by the lawyers for the MP and so, where lies the bias?
