His ownership of closely held Blue Origin accounts for about\u00a0$6.2 billion. The late surge Thursday added more than\u00a0$90 billion\u00a0to Amazon\u2019s market value, pushing it above\u00a0$1 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>His ex-wife,\u00a0MacKenzie Bezos, 49, also has reason to celebrate, as she owns about 4% of the Seattle-based retailer.
