Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is following in Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone\u2019s footsteps as she enters Hollywood in style. <\/p>\n

Like Chopra and Padukone, Bhatt will be trading her usual eastern attire for something more westernised, as she makes her debut in the upcoming Netflix action thriller \u201cHeart of Stone\u201d which is currently in production. <\/p>\n

Not much has been revealed about the film, but the Indian actress will star alongside the talented, Gal Gadot who is well known for her roles in \u201cWonder Woman\u201d and \u201cJustice League\u201d, and \u201cFifty Shades of Grey\u201d star, Jamie Dornan.<\/p>\n

Shooting has already started with director Tom Harper at the helm.<\/p>\n

The film is developed by the Skydance Media production company which is responsible for movies like \u201cMission: Impossible: Fallout\u201d, \u201cThe Old Guard\u201d and \u201cTop Gun: Maverick\u201d among others. <\/p>\n

So far all that has been divulged is that \u201cHeart of Stone\u201d will mark the beginning of a new female-centric espionage franchise that runs along the lines of \u201cMission Impossible\u201d, and Bhatt\u2019s role in the film is unknown. <\/p>\n

Bhatt took to social media to show off her new acting gig. <\/p>\n

She caption her Instagram post: \u201c🤍🙏\u201d along with a picture of an article in online site \u201cDeadline\u201d. <\/p>\n
