Mob justice has been around for quite some time.<\/p>\n<p>The grounds for this behavior include that communities have lost faith in or do not believe in the country\u2019s justice system, as there have been numerous instances in which the court system has failed to provide justice for victims.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/8cc7eb62b25f4c0e8d8c58b28b8c8ec4\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Even now, mob justice exists; for example, Simon Nyundo, a man who was killed by members of the Mothutlung village, whose family believes he should not have been killed, is still alive. His sister stated that the rest of the family was interested in knowing what had happened.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe should not have been slaughtered by the community. We were in desperate need of answers. He was aware of what had occurred.\u201d These are the words of a woman named Betty Mbewe, whose brother, Simon Nyundo, was a victim of gang-related violence.<\/p>\n<p>According to the source, Simon Nyundo was murdered by residents of the community of Mothutlung, which is located in the north-western region of the country.
