Simon Leviev, aka Shimon Hayut, aka \u201cThe Tinder Swindler\u201d who scammed three women out of hundreds or thousands of dollars by pretending to be the son of a diamond mogul is now being sued by the real Leviev diamond tycoon family. <\/p>\n

Diamantaire Lev Leviev, and his daughter Chagit Leviev, the CEO of Leviev Group USA \u2013 have launched legal action against Simon\u2019s notorious actions of impersonating them and enriching himself in their name as per the hit Netflix documentary which was watched by over 45 million viewers worldwide. <\/p>\n

According to E! News, Chagit Leviev, the heiress to the family\u2019s fortune, said the multi-million dollar lawsuit is aimed at getting Simon to \u201cface justice and get the sentence he deserves\u201d.<\/p>\n

According to Page Six, Chagit wrote: \u201cShimon Hayut is a fraud who stole our family\u2019s identity and has tried to exploit our good name to con victims out of millions of dollars. He has no relation to the Leviev family and has no affiliation with our company LLD Diamonds,\u201d said Chagit. <\/p>\n

Filed court papers say that Simon allegedly made false representations as being the son of Lev Leviev and receiving numerous benefits (including material ones), cunningly and using false words, claiming to be a member of the Leviev Family, and that his family will pay and bear the costs of his benefits.<\/p>\n

It also states that Simon \u201cdefrauded, cheated, conned, falsified, and hurt women, men and businesses\u201d both in Israel and worldwide.<\/p>\n

Speaking exclusively to Page Six, Chagit said that any proceeds from the lawsuit would be given back to Simon\u2019s victims.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven though we are a diamond company, we are victims too. We are getting threats because of this, endless prank calls saying \u2018My enemies are coming for me\u2019,\u201d she alleged. \u201cI believe the show didn\u2019t do a good enough job of explaining that we have nothing to do with him,\u201d she said to Page Six.<\/p>\n

She said she was shocked to see Simon recently signed with a Hollywood agent.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the end, to see the damage he has done, he did all of this this in our name. And now he has a Hollywood agent? He doesn\u2019t belong in Hollywood. He is a criminal,\u201d she ended. <\/p>\n

Despite major coverage of Simon\u2019s scams with other women, he is now dating Israeli model Kate Konlin. Konlin \u2013 who has modelled designer brands for Harper\u2019s Bazaar Hong Kong \u2013 has been seen with Leviev travelling in a Rolls-Royce and enjoying the soft life. <\/p>\n
