A route that kids from a school in Mid Illovo, KwaZulu-Natal have to take daily. This is something that is completely unforgivable in the fact that the police or these individuals or municipal leaders, and that the government is allowing this to happen is a serious concern.<\/p>\n

We know that the people have been voicing out their opinions and complaining about the local service delivery that they are getting in their community, so of course they want a lot of change \u2013 the same kind of change that these individuals cannot bring apart and make happen.<\/p>\n

So of course the people are concerned about the safety and security of these children that have to travel to and from school going through a bridge that is quite dangerous, these are the same kinds of bridges which make children disappear during flood seasons because they would be overflowing with water and making it relatively harder for the children to pass.<\/p>\n

It is easy for anyone to drown in such rivers because then the water would just take a victim along and there would be nothing that they could do to avoid it or stop it, and it is a serious concern and it makes one wonder wouldn\u2019t the government be liable for charges at all.<\/p>\n

A legal suit where people die due to their negligence \u2013 the law has to look very closely into that, we cannot assume that people are only liable to sue police officers when they do wrong.<\/p>\n

We can also sue road agencies as well as the government for failing to put the necessary measures in place, and basically assist the people of this country live meaningful and worth lifestyles.<\/p>\n

And here on the other hand you find the people of KwaZulu-Natal destroying everything that they have shops and infrastructure and you wanted to yourself to these people know that they will probably never get those infrastructures, and buildings if they destroy them.<\/p>\n

Do you think that protesting is the way to go but protesting is not the way to go, especially if it means that we are going to destroy the same kind of infrastructure that you\u2019re going to end up protesting about.<\/p>\n
