Instead of being just an idea, this has grown into a full-fledged conflict between the federal government and an assessment of the consequences.<\/p>\n<p>After years of quarantine, people can now return to normal life without fear of spreading the disease. This was bound to happen as soon as the president made it clear that he wanted to put an end to the state of emergency. Many people have been accustomed to following so many rules that they may not be able to return to their previous way of life once the new restrictions take effect.
