This suspect, aged 39, will appear in court on 28\/02 on a charge of dealing in dagga.<\/p>\n<p>This angered South African people, they say SAPS fails to arrest big thugs who sell drugs they go for low and catch our hustles for something that is not a threat to human beings.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/2bd148159e4f4399afa40ed456ef86d6\"\/><\/p>\n<p>South African people want to know why SAPS still arrests people after dagga was legal to use, where do they expect their users to get it from?
