Despite the termination of this privilege, many of the persons who were granted it have not yet left the country.<\/p>\n<p>A ring of armed cash-in-transit criminals rushed police in the Johannesburg suburb of Rosettenville only yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>The robbers and police engaged in a long-lasting gun battle as they sped through traffic.<\/p>\n<p>While four police officers sustained minor injuries, an estimated eight militants were killed during the operation. Injured police officers spent the night in city hospitals fighting for their lives following the shootings. As a result of the inquiry, eight more people were detained.<\/p>\n<p>On Twitter, Zimbabwean Clayton Shirini expresses his disapproval of his brother\u2019s behavior in Rosettenville.<\/p>\n<p>He was humiliated to be a Zimbabwean because he realized that Operation Dudula had been justified. He called on Zimbabweans living in South Africa to come to their senses.<\/p>\n<p>This is how he put it: \u201c<\/p>\n<p>I am sorry for my lack of awareness of the situation in South Africa. I\u2019ve always assumed that Zimbabweans couldn\u2019t commit serious crimes because of the country\u2019s low crime rate, but today\u2019s events have made me ashamed. In my opinion, Operation Dula is a good idea.
