A teacher from Dundee High School in KZN was arrested earlier this week after allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl, whether or not this is true is unclear but a lot of people are sceptical about their truthfulness of such allegations because there has been many cases and many false imprisonments that have happened.

And these have caused people’s lives to be harder or complicated because there were false allegations which were made against them the police need to conduct the necessary investigations, in order to get to the bottom of this because this is something that cannot be allowed.

The community members basically came out and went to the school in order to address this situation because it is clear that such behaviour cannot be allowed to be perpetrated unabated since people’s lives are in danger, what the community members have done here is something that is very dangerous and can lead to incidences where fatalities can occur.

It is not even the first time which is why there are cases where you find false allegations being made against people only to find out later that nothing of the sort happened in the community was completely in the room for taking matters into their own hands, it is a sigh of relief to see that the community members are not really coming with their violent mentality.

But they are in fact trying to be amicable and to talk to the individual who is implicated so that they can move from this school, and the court proceedings can continue to see if whether it is true that is guilty of the allegations which have been made against them.

His bail hearing will be next week and we can safely say that he is indeed one of the lucky ones but of course there can always be two sides to a story and we have seen an incident where someone actually got off prison, and was awarded a lot of money for having been falsely accused and sentenced to jail for something that he didn’t do – something that was consensual.
