Entertainment Commentator Phil Mphela has revealed Hope Mbele and Sandile Mfusi have been casted to be part of Uzalo. They will be taking on the roles of Kwanda Buthelezi and Amahle Sishi respectively. I’m sure you’re quite familiar with these faces because they have been around for quite some time as actors and influencers.

She has also been featured on a Showmax movie as an extra. Sandile on the other hand has been in the music industry and recently signed with a major record label – Warner music. Here’s a list of other productions they’ve been part of:

OPINION

I think the soapie has run its course and the producers must just accept the defeat. As much as people are still watching the show, most of them have no other choice because they can’t afford premium DSTV subscriptions. The scriptwriters are also playing a major role is ruining the entire show by lacking creativity and driving the story forward. Do you think these actors are going to resuscitate the show or not?
