Foreigners in South Africa are not finding it easy at the moment following the growing tension centered on issue of immigration and employment of illegal immigrants by businesses across the country.
It is no longer new that illegal immigrants from Zimbabwe who benefited from the Zimbabwe exemption permit were left stranded after the South African government refused to renew the document following its expiration on 31st December 2021.
However, a concerned Zimbabwean man known as Philiph Nare on Twitter has called on his fellow citizens of Zimbabwe to return back home and help rebuild their country.
He made it clear to Zimbabweans that some persons in leadership positions are benefiting from constant immigration of Zimbabweans to other countries.
He further stated that Zimbabweans are not cowards, so therefore they should all return home and fight for what belongs to them.
According to his statement on Twitter and it reads:
“Honestly I believe somewhere somehow someone is benefiting from Legal/illegal immigrants. but as immigrants especially from Zimbabwe, guys let’s go back home and fight for what belongs to us Matebele let’s go back home I believe we are not cowards.”
