It was all over the news that, Captain Smart has dug out some documents to expose the corrupt governments and that documents indicate an amount of fifty-two billion Ghana Cedis (GH¢52B) that was transferred from Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) to an unknown private account.
The US-based journalist, Kevin Ekow Taylor has come out to reveal that, Captain Smart was not the one who dug out those documents.
According to Kevin Ekow Taylor, his team risk their lives to dig out those documents in the year 2020 before the election but Captain Smart wants to claim credit for it.
Kevin Ekow Taylor said, the issue is not about who wants to claim credit or not because, in the end, they want Ghana to become a better nation so the issue is that, the top journalists on government payroll never pick their stories to ask critical questions and demand reasonable answers.
