Kambi ya Moto citizens barricade street in protest over higher crime

The protestors from Kambi ya Moto house took to the streets to lift issues over what they termed a upward thrust in circumstances of lack of confidence and lack of water.

On the Kipsyenan junction, they positioned boulders at the street and lit bonfires blocking off the Eldama Ravine -Mogotio Street.

Joshua Mrefu, one of the vital citizens stated they’ve been annoyed over higher felony actions over the last weeks.

Mr Mrefu stated that the criminals focused stores built with iron sheets.

William Kiplagat stated that locals additionally demonstrated over scarcity of water.

The locals blame flower farms and the ones doing irrigation farming for diverting water sourced from Molo River.
