On Monday, the court docket clerks had now not given a duplicate of our defence to the pass judgement on. That they had additionally now not given a duplicate to the attorneys of Lighthouse. Our legal professional confirmed proof of provider to the Lighthouse legal professional and he agreed to be served in court docket.
The Lighthouse legal professional used to be even keen for the pass judgement on to take our legal professional’s replica of the defence to review it and provides instructions.Â
The pass judgement on mentioned she most popular to look ahead to a duplicate from the court docket clerks. She then adjourned the case to February 14.
There used to be no explanation why for the pass judgement on to have ordered us to furnish any one with our defence once we had filed the paperwork with the court docket and there used to be proof to that. Your processes, it is not your accountability to move and put the copies within the pass judgement on’s report or serve the opposite events. That is the court docket’s accountability.
The frame of your tale does now not toughen the headline and the primary few paragraphs. “
