This follows the emergence of some confirmed reports that despite Kalonzo Musyoka’s ongoing attacks on Musalia Musavadi and Moses Wetangula, he is also looking for chances of working with Deputy President William Ruto ahead of the upcoming 2022 general election even as the latest reports indicate that the OKA leader has been meeting Ruto in secret places.According to the latest reports by the nation, Mr. Mudavadi’s spokesman, Mr. Kibisu Kabatesi has said that by deciding to work with Mr. Ruto, Mr. Mudavadi had smartly pulled a fast one on his OKA colleagues, whom he claimed was already negotiating with the Deputy President on the sides.

“Even Kalonzo Musyoka has been engaging with Ruto,” said Mr. Kabatesi.

“This is a case of Mudavadi going ahead of the others, just like Raila went ahead of the Nasa principals and shook hands with Uhuru. Everybody else wanted to have talks with Ruto. It is the nature of politics, and in this case, Musalia went ahead of them.”

But regarding the details of the alleged 3 pm Phone call to Kalonzo and other OKA principals, it is also emerging that Mudavadi called Kalonzo to inform him how DP Ruto would appear in the event but due to some political reasons such as the feeling of being betrayed, he decided to cause the drama at Bomas of Kenya.
