The Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department officers conducted an operation called #BuyaMthetho in the Johannesburg inner city, which lead to the arrest of two male suspects at a Saloon in Fox Street.
According to the Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department News report, yesterday 29 January 2022 the Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department officers conducted a high visibility operation called #BuyaMthetho in the Johannesburg inner city, during the operation police responded to illegal activities that were happening at a Saloon on Fox Street.
Police searched the Saloon and found several packets of dagga inside a black plastic bag, police arrested two suspects who were in charge of the Saloon for selling dagga, the suspects were taken to jail and the Saloon was immediately closed down until further notice.
The two suspects aged between 28 and 34 will soon make an appearance this coming week at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court to face charges for dealing in dagga.
