The Nigerian troops of 25 Task Force Brigade Damboa, Borno State, destroyed and burnt identified Boko Haram and ISWAP’s Night Market at Gumsuri, Borno State, according to a source.

The troops also destroyed ISWAP caliphate in the Borno State, during clearance operations between cross Kauwa and Gudumbali in the Northeast region of Nigeria.
Outstanding results have been achieved since the Nigerian military intensified their assault operation against the insurgent groups like Boko Haram and the Islamic State in West African Province (ISWAP) in the past few years.
Several members of the jihadist groups like Boko Haram and ISWAP have either repented or reportedly killed in an airstrike allegedly carried out by the Nigerian Air force in the Northeast of the country.
