1.clothes with Razor
When you consider the items that are smuggled through airports, thank goodness for airport security. A razor blade was discovered in the seam of this man’s jeans as he traveled to Chicago O’Hare Airport. What are we to say? People are peculiar!
2.Knife to Comb
Who would have guessed that the person brushing their hair innocuously could be brandishing a lethal weapon? At Charleston International Airport, this comb was seized. With blades disguised as lipsticks and combs that can be used as deadly weapons, the paranoia is growing by the minute!
3.Peanut Butter
If you see a man traveling with peanut butter on your next flight, you’ll most likely recognize him as a “smooth operator.” Jars of peanut butter containing contraband were confiscated at the Salt Lake City International Airport. This appears to be how drugs are frequently transported by airport security. ‘Halt! The peanut butter-loving dude!
4.Life in the Sea
When a customer tried to sneak through screening at the Miami airport, a TSA officer smelt something funny. They had a huge list of marine life in their backpack! Coral fragments, more than 160 tropical fish, a dozen Trechemy Scripta, Scleactinina, and mushroom polyps were among the items found. The slick passenger was bound for Venezuela. He was dragged to the charging office in a frogged march. Okay, so it wasn’t exactly frog marched, but it was close.
5.Special Birds
A TSA officer at Los Angeles International Airport discovered two endangered birds glued to a female’s leg and breast in an attempt to smuggle them out of the country. The birds were stuffed into a sock and taped at both ends. One can only hope that when this horrible woman was hauled out of the airport, she was also stuffed into a sock and taped up.
6.Turtles
Seven little snakes and three small turtles were discovered down a man’s pants. How did he manage to keep them there for so long? To keep them firmly pressed against his legs, he wore women’s nylon stockings a size smaller than he needed. That may have been a nerve-wracking flight for him.
8.A Man in Pants with a Monkey
A guy flying to Indonesia was first detained after security discovered 50 orchids in his luggage. Fifty orchids is a lot of orchids, but things got weird after that. Two unique birds flew out of the case and flapped around the airport terminal erratically while they were inspecting the 50 orchids. Then it got even worse! The man was wearing a monkey in his pants. Not that kind of monkey, but a real, living, breathing monkey, two of them!
