More people are losing faith and leaving the house of God for various reasons but the common reason always has something to do with the leadership of the Church and abysmal human relations.
A social media user by the name of Ama Jenn caused chaos on the internet after sharing the reason why she longer attends Church and the reason behind her break from Church.
According to Ama Jenn, her friend got pregnant out of wedlock, and as a result, her Auntie reported her condition to the Church authorities. The Church authorities were fond of publicly humiliating, embarrassing, and criticizing young ladies who get pregnant out of wedlock in front of the Church congregation according to Ama Jenn.
Therefore, out of fear of embarrassment and public humiliation, her friend decided to illegally abort the baby and unfortunately lost her life in the process. Ama reiterated that she gets angry when she reminisces. She concluded that she believes that the Church is not a place for saints but a hospital for sins and admonished the leadership of the Church to exercise care and wisdom in the dealings with such cases to avoid escalating the issues.
