Recently, the minister of finance Ofori-Atta drop E-levy proposal bill from 1.75% to 1.5 as a way to convince the opposition party, but unfortunately, their rivals remain firm on their stands to vote against the E-ly bill.
However, NDC communication officers have been talking on radios and TVs their party position on this E-levy bill. So, Donkor Fuseini one of the spoke persons of NDC dropped an interesting comment.teasing the government
“The e-levy is being presented like that of medicine which can address all health problems; it can create jobs for the people, enhance Planting for Food and Jobs, build hospitals. The only thing this government hasn’t said about E-Levy is its ability to take Ghana to the world cup,” he made this comments on Kumasi-based Hello FM.
