Presidential Hopeful Bawumia In Church Again As He Joined The Anglican Church For Consecration

Presidential hopeful and the vice president of the Republic of Ghana Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia joined the Accra Diocese of the Anglican Church for the ordination and consecration service of Very Reverend Dr. Kotei Neequaye as the new Suffragan Bishop for the Church on Sunday, January, 30.

He commended the Anglican Church for its enormous contributions toward the growth of Ghana for over a century.

He charged them to continually make significant strides in contributing to national growth in their various mediums.

He also urged the Church to continue to use the pulpit and religious platforms to partner with the State to curb corruption and facilitate the development of Ghana.

He wishes Very Reverend Dr. K.otei Neequaye well and the best in his endeavors. Many questions were raised about how the vice president who’s a Muslim always joins churches for services.
