According to Manasseh Azure Awuni, Dag Heward Mills is so angry at their publications about his church. That followed three earlier suits which was centered around Defamation. After suffering lapses in his case and changing lawyers, the angry pastor is back to court the 4th time against Manasseh Azure Awuni and others.
The Popular Journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni confirmed been sued the fourth time by Dag Heward Mills. According to him, the particular case shall be heard on 31st January 2022.
This time round, Dag Heward Mills is not looking for fines or damages of Defamation but rather he wants to see them jailed for contempt.
The court battle between Dag Heward Mills and Manasseh Azure Awuni started when the latter published several stories about him.
For now, we are unaware as to whether the court will accept and jail Manasseh Azure Awuni and others or not. The verdict shall however be known after they battle it out starting on the 31st January 2022
