The Ghana Airports Company of Ghana has officially written to the Chief executive officer of Mcdan Aviation to stop him from inaugurating his terminal 1 private jet operations.
A letter written and signed by the Managing Director of Ghana Airports, Mr. Yaw Kwakwa explained many reasons why the private jet operations should be halted at the moment.
They cited the total disregard or breaches of all the norms in starting an aviation business in Ghana. They also explained that, efforts to meet Mcdan to discuss plans about the official opening has proven futile as Mcdan failed to show up during all the planned meetings.
The Ghana Airports Company also accused Mcdan of constructing his private jet terminal without a plan. They further advised Mcdan to sit back and plan everything perfectly before his launch could be supported for the safety and security of patrons.
Relevant staff and stakeholders plan towards any future inauguration was also requested from Mcdan. In conclusion, everything has been stopped until further notice. Meanwhile, Mcdan Aviation is expected to employ many Ghanaians into the Aviation industry.
