Kwame A Plus, a musician and a political activist has asserted that he is struggling to understand why Ghana will be importing 120 ready made wooden houses from Guyana, a country in South America.
In a post shared on his official Facebook page on Saturday, 29th January 2022 he wrote;
“You have timber, you have many young and energetic carpenters who are looking for jobs, yet you want to change cedis to dollars to import wooden houses from Guyana. Wooden houses!! Adongerit!! Or there is something special about this nduadan we don’t know?”.
A Plus continued; “somebody should kindly explain this to those of us who lack spiritual understanding na this one diÉ› pure spiritual matter”.
His comments comes as a background to a post by Pulse.com.gh which claims that Guyana will be exporting 120 prefabricated wooden houses to Ghana this year. made wooden houses to Ghana.
According to pulse Ghana, the news was announced by Guyana’s Finance Minister, Dr Ashni Singh during his budget presentation on Wednesday.
