The recent circulating news that has undoubtedly sparked massive stir, debates and arguments across all social media platforms was when the popularly known Ghanaian broadcast journalist finally accepted his fault and begged for forgiveness on live television.

The controversial broadcast journalist, Jonnie Hughes has been known to host one of the most anticipated political talk shows on television aside hosting his own show, “Johnnie’s Bite”.

Most politicians especially members of the NPP government usually find it difficult to highlight their respective opinions and thoughts on salient political issues as the well known journalist, Johnnie Hughes continues to blamed the government incumbent government over the current economic state and other challenges citizens keep experiencing in the counItry.

Whilst the popularly known NPP MP and deputy majority leader, Afenyo Markins took the privilege to address certain issues concerning the introduction of the most anticipated E-levy to help fix the economy aside developing the country, Johnnie Hughes unexpectedly interrupted him.

With respect to this, Afenyo Markins unexpectedly told Johnnie Hughes to stop interrupting his submission because he was comfortable with his responses even though Afenyo Markins has already commended Johnnie Hughes’ efforts to addressing pressing issues in the country under the incumbent government.

“Government has identified this as a low hanging solution that let’s all tap into it and see how we can use the revenue thereof to solve the problem”, Afenyo Markin stated but Johnnie Hughes unexpectedly interrupted the MP by emphatically stating that, “the general masses of the people are saying that, the tax is too high”.

Afenyo Markin then urged Johnnie Hughes to allow him make his submission else the unexpected will happen in the studio.

“I am sorry; I’m sorry about that, please continue”, Johnnie Hughes emphatically apologized.
