Divorce is the dissolving of the bonds of matrimony between a man and a woman. A marriage can be dissolved based on some of these factors; adultery, cruelty, insanity among others or reasons best known to the couples.
Marriages in the 21st century some of which suffers divorce may be as a result of factors such as unfaithfulness, among others. Marriage is a life long journey but not something you can just get into because you are growing. A lot of demands and expectations we send into marital homes, comparing your marital home to others, the commitment level of the couples, among so many can in one way or the other affect marriage. Marriage should not be something we can just enter into and return anytime we feel like. It requires a lot of commitment and dedication to both couples that is the man and the woman. From the biblical point of view it says Matthew 19:5 And he said, “‘This explains why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.’ the two that is the man and woman are united into one. This means that the woman is now a part of the man and the man a part of the woman. No man treats his own body with contempt. Therefore there’s the need to exercise love over everything. Marriages can only be sustained by love because love overlook all faults, and love forgives no matter the situation.

Matthew 19:8 Jesus replied, “Moses permitted divorce only as a concession to your hard hearts, but it was not what God had originally intended. Do we see? Divorce is not what God had originally intended but because of man’s own desires, it became so. Let’s rise to the occasion today to educate if can young people on what God intended when it comes to marriage. Let’s save marriages today and equally prepare ourselves for this great journey.
