76-year-old Chief kills himself after he was tricked by fraudsters.

    This afternoon, according to Angel Breaking news reporter Yahaya, A 76-year-old chief from Dawereso in the Asante Akyim North has committed suicide after he was tricked by fraudsters. 

    The deceased, Nana Opuni was the Gyaasehene of the town, and according to reports, he got a call from the fraudsters who claimed to be doing “double money “. Nana Opuni who is a rich man, having a huge Coacoa farm, a house and a Car decided to listen to the fraudsters.

    He gave out an undisclosed amount which reports says was very huge to the fraudsters and again went for loan in addition. He gave all these to them so they would double it for him. When he later realized he had been duped, he kept it to himself.

    According to the reporter, as time went by, he started loosing weight and it got to a time his bones were visible. His wife who asked the man what was worrying him left him to her hometown after he refused to tell her the actual cause of his condition.

   He was left with one of his sons in the house. According the son, he was outside the house when he head two gunshots and the scream of his father, when they rushed to the room, he had shot himself and died minutes later
