Paul Adom Otchere, while I respect your point of view, I don’t think from a good corporate governance point of view, you should put yourself in the position you’re about to put yourself in. 

It’s not good for the image of the you serve as the board chair, and it’s not good for good governance.

I would think, if you wanted to clear the air on this matter, it’s not on a platform you have an interest in, and works for that can be used to clear yourself or explain yourself, you are the board chairman, on one hand, and a journalist at another how can your explanation carry tangible weight?

So if you want to explain decisions as board chairman, you take off your journalistic clothes and do so in a preferably another platform say Citi or joy so the outcome has a higher chance of acceptance with less suspicion of bias.

And to be sincere with you, no boards work the way you’ve started. You have the least of business doing a day-to-day business such as procurement.
