A 41 years old man by the name of Edward Antwi Kwarteng has been missing for weeks now in Akim Oda in the Eastern region. According to his, Alex Kwarteng, his father left the house to meet up with some friends but never returned. The case was reported to the Police but he has since not been found.
According to his son, the disappearance of his father is a setup by one of his friends which a witness made to the Police, but the policemen did not attempt to arrest the suspect.
He added that the suspect made some statements when questioned but it was proven that what he was saying was false, but he is walking about freely in the town. He took to social media to seek the help of the public to find his missing father.
He expressed so much disappointment in the Police on how they handled the case of his missing. Most people in the bemoan over how a man who has come of age like this could get missing without any trace of his whereabouts in the town. Â
