Upper Denkyira West:Two Killed In Motorcycle Crash, Others Injured

Two Okada bike have died as a result of a motorcycle collision at Mensah Krom in Upper Denkyira west district ,Central Region

 

Both riders and three (3) persons on board sustained serious injury.

According to reports on the riders failed to maintain this lane in a sharp curve leading the to collision.

The bodies of the two riders,Kwabena Dramani and Emma has been deposited at the Dunkwa Offin government hospital morgue awaiting autopsy report whiles the three others receiving medical treatment.

Motorcycle crashes in the first six months of this year reduced by 12.35 per cent compared to the same period last year.

Between January and June last year, there were 3,157 crashes while the figure dropped to 2,767 this year.

This is contained in the National Roads Safety Authority (NRSA) statistics for January to June 2022 on the Road Traffic Crash and Casualty Situation in the country.
