The incumbent President of Ghana has recently done the unexpected after he boldly told the former President and flag bearer of the largest opposition party (NDC) the bitter truth again ahead of 2024 presidential elections.
Speaking over the former President, John Mahama’s claims about the judicial system in the country, the incumbent President, Nana Akufo Addo highlighted that, he still has faith in the judiciary to do the needful for the betterment of the country irrespective of the allegations against the institution.
Surprisingly, Akufo Addo highlighted that, John Mahama may never come to power considering how he defeated the former President in two separate elections amongst others.
“Mahama has not been able to assimilate his defeat. To the man who can never come to power in Ghana; I beat him twice. Every night when he goes to bed, he is consumed by the defeat. I have given him two good whippings on two separate occasions. The first time in 2016 and a sizable margin in 2020. He is never going to get the figures that I got in elections in Ghana”, Akufo Addo emphatically revealed.
