The member of parliament for Ningo Prampram constituency, Honourable Sam Nartey George has dropped a post to show what Ursula Owusu said to John Mahama in 2015.
In the post, as captured by Ghanaweb, Ursula Owusu made it clear that she curses John Mahama any time the light goes off. She made this revelation in 2015 when the country was experiencing low shedding. This is often known as ‘Dumsor’ which affected several households and businesses because there were no constant supply of electricity to the Ghanaian public.
Sam George responded to this and made it clear that a lot of Ghanaians are complaining because their sim cards have been blocked even though they have registered their sim cards. Sam George believes that the “crying” Ghanaians will use the same formula which was used by Ursula Owusu in 2015 to fire the same Ursula Owusu now.
“With the many people complaining and asking why their SIM cards have been blocked even after they have duly registered their SIMs, I can only advice you to use the Minister’s own formula. All the best” he posted.
Following the series of announcements made by the Ministry of Communication and the National Identification Authority about sim card registration, some Ghanaians have still not registered their sim cards. Due to this, the telecommunication networks have started blocking their sim cards for non compliance with the NIA’s communiqué.
However, some Ghanaians have not been able to register their sim cards because they don’t have the Ghana Card to enable them do the registration. Without the Ghana Card, one cannot register his or her sim card.
Some Ghanaians support Sam George’s message to Ursula Owusu which seems to remind her about what she said in 2015. Below are some reactions on social media.
