Sleep is a necessary aspect of a person’s life. To be able to function well and probably in the morning, depends on how well one was able to sleep during the night. At times when you wake up and feel soreness around your entire body, discomfort and uneasy, it mostly is a result of lack of sleep. During the night when it’s time to get a shut eye, not all people are prone to sleeping early. For some people, it takes time before a person gets sleepy.
