There had to be some fallout from the numbers game at Bayern Munich, and it now appears that there will be some player movement in the attack.
When you consider that the attacking group of the team consists of Thomas Müller, Jamal Musiala, Sadio Mané, Leroy Sané, Serge Gnabry, Kingsley Coman, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting, Paul Wanner, and Gabriel Vidovi, there are probably too many bodies to manage in order to keep older players and younger players on a steady developmental path.
According to the Germany website kicker, it appears that Vidovic could be one of the players moving.
A move within Germany would be a wonderful solution because, despite Vidovic incredible talent, he is not currently likely to surpass his more seasoned teammates. The Croatian youth international is too talented to spend the season playing in the Regionalliga, but he is not quite as excellent as some of the team’s other attackers yet.
