The former senator representing Kaduna central and a well-known author, Senator Shehu Sani has just taken to his verified Twitter page to furiously reacts to the killing that happened in a Hausa community in IMO state on Monday night.
In a report, it was revealed that some unknown gunmen attack a Hausa community in Oroge, Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State, and some people were killed and many others were brutally injured and currently receiving treatment.
In Shehu Sani’s reactions, he said “the attacks and killings on Hausa community in Oroge, Owerri West Local government Imo state is condemnable. There is no justification for these barbaric and Senseless acts of the cold-blooded murder of innocent citizens. The Imo state Government and security agencies must bring the culprits to book.”
Senator Shehu Sani did not only condemn this act, but he also called on the government of the state to investigate the matter and ensure that the evil-doers got the punishment they deserve.
The unfortunate incident happened on Monday night and the state commissioner for Information and Strategy, Declan Emelumba, said the police and other concerned security agencies are currently investigating the matter.
