A man known as Samuel Antwi from Asante-Bekwai has painfully narrates how he found his wife sleeping with her ex-boyfriend she claimed has break up with. Samuel said he was relationship with his girlfriend called Elizabeth for four years before they got married. Before their marriage, the lady revealed to him that she was dating a married man, she explained to Samuel that the married man rented her an apartment and also opened a shop for her.
Elizabeth again told Samuel that she has informed the man that she has prepared to get married and he has given her the chance to marry. Samuel claimed that the lady help him financially in buying the things they will need for their marriage ceremony. A few days before their wedding, he called Elizabeth and informed her that he wanted to visit but the lady told him that she was not in the house.
He became suspicious so he went to the house without her permission. Samuel was surprised to find his wife having affair with her ex-boyfriend. The lady pleaded with him to forgive her, he too accepted her apology and they got married. The man continues that his wife’s behavior changed after they got married. She no longer respects him anymore.
His wife told him to buy a washing machine and other gadgets for her, he too was not having enough money to buy those things but she never understand him. She forced him to use the money they got from their wedding to buy a land and she has kept the land document without letting him have access to those documents. Aside from that, she gave him a warning never to eat his mother’s food again, the worst thing she doesn’t cook for him or even sleep with him.
Samuel said his wife again told him he should make sure that his mother will not give him a call whenever he comes home. The man went to inform his mother-in-law about his wife’s behavior, they assured him they will advise her. Elizabeth came back home to plead with him to forgive her for not respecting him as a wife should do. The man said she continue to behave that way, he stated that he was not getting any happiness in the marriage so he packed his things and leave her house.
