A mother of six called Jamilatu is married to Baba Idrusu and they have given birth to six children. The woman said they were living peacefully. Jamila shares that her husband is a farmer who planted vegetables, and she too is a trader, and she has been selling the farm products ever since they started the farming.
One day, the woman did not get enough vegetables from the farm so she decided not to go to the market to sell, her husband got angry with her for not going to sell the vegetables. The woman said she later went to their farm with her daughter but when they got to the farm, her husband told her to go back home. Jamila didn’t listen to him but decided to work at the farm, Baba Idrusu came to her where she is working to beat her and their daughter.
He then told their daughter to pack her things and live his house. Jamila too told him she will not allow him to send her daughter out of the house because he did the same thing to their 22 years old daughter. She explained that their first daughter offended her husband but he didn’t forgive her, now their daughter is staying with her grandmother.
According to Baba Idrusu, it is not his wish to sack his daughter from the house but it is their behavior that made him take that decision. The man explained that he caught his 22 years old daughter chatting with a man at midnight. He told his wife to seize the young girl’s phone and check the person she was chatting with but his wife told him that she can not do that.
Baba Idrusu said he decided to collect the phone from his daughter but she fought with him and insulted him for trying to seize her phone. The man said his daughter went to the police station to file a report that he had beaten her. The man concluded that what his daughter did to him made him sacked her from his house and he is not willing to accept her back.
