The host of a radio program titled “Boho Bio”, Sampson K. Nyamekye angrily reacts to the Galamsey brouhaha.
According to Sampson K. Nyamekye, the government is biased in fighting Galamsey because they favor some people on the field and sack the others.
Sampson K. Nyamekye said if the government does not treat the people equally, then they have done nothing to solve the issues relating to Galamsey as the water bodies remain polluted and the land destroyed.
Sampson K. Nyamekye also said some of the miners pay an undisclosed amount of money to the high authorities.
When the authorities come, they spare the machines of the miners who paid money to them and burn the others.
Whiles the machines are burning, the authorities take a turn to call the journalists to quickly rush to the scene and broadcast it on their television to notify the Ghanaians but Sampson K. Nyamekye says when he is being called, he will not waste his time to be present at the scene and broadcast it on the television because they did not make equality work among the miners.
