VGMA 2022 Best New Artiste of the Year, Mohammed Ismail Sherif, known within the showbiz circles as Black Sherif is having a good run with his song, “Kwaku The Traveller“.
After blessing the airwaves with “Kwaku The Traveller” on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, the young multifaceted Ghanaian rap artiste blessed the screens with the official video to the song.
The colorful and visually appealing visuals to the chart topping tune which was released on Thursday, May 19, 2022 on video sharing platform, YouTube has amassed over 2 million views in four days.

The audio for ‘Kwaku The Traveller’ which owes production remarks to Joker Nharnah has also gathered over 30 Million streams on Boomblay. The video was directed and shot by David Nicol-Sey.
Meanwhile; There has been another landslide on the Kasoa-Accra highway around the now defunct tollbooth after Tuesday’s downpour.
This is as a result of the heavy rains which started late Monday, May 23, 2022 till today, Tuesday, May 24, 2022 making the stretch difficult for drivers to commute. Silt and muddy pools of water have covered most parts of the road.
The unfortunate situation has caused heavy traffic on the Kasoa-Accra highway as vehicles are unable to move to their destinations. The assembly member for the area confirmed this in a phone interview with 3FM’s Sunrise host, Alfred Ocansey monitored by Ghgossip.com.
The assembly member also called for immediate assistance from authorities to help resolve the issue.
