We have heard about a lot of players getting called to play for the national team but in this article I would like to share with you a player who I think really deserves the callup. This player is none other than Alfred Duncan.
Alfred Duncan as you already know is a Ghanaian midfielder who plays Florentina in the Italian Serie A. He has played for the Black Stars before. He has scored 2 goals for his side and managed to give out two assists. Yesterday, he scored against Italian powerhouse Juventus and his Black Stars absense has been a worry but we can understand that he might be added to the next squad that is yet to be announced for the AFCON Qualifiers and the Kirin Cup four nation tournament in Japan.
In the match against Juventus he played 84 minutes had 80 touches, 1 shot on target and 1 goal. This is not the best of performances but we should understand that he is a good player all round and can make an impact on the Black Stars.
