Ghanaian actress and movie producer, Yvonne Nelson has revealed that she has denounced her participation in fighting for the betterment and stability of the movie industry.

Speaking in an interview with the ace presenter, Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, Yvonne stated she is only minding her business and focusing her attention on producing more movies.
She mentioned that the betterment of the Ghanaian movie industry will be based on the individual works of the movie producers.
“I have stopped fighting for the industry. What can I do? I’m just minding my business and producing my movies but i think we should put in work as producers and I’m already doing that”, she said.

In other news, Kumawood comic actor, Sean Paul has stated that the idea of going to school to attain knowledge and skills to contribute to society makes no sense to him because school is a waste of time.
Speaking in an interview with the lifestyle & celebrity blogger, Zionfelix on the Uncut Show, Sean Paul stated that Ghana has been tagged as one of the countries with bad leadership ever since the country gained independence.
“There is bad leadership in Africa and Ghana happens to be No.1 on the list. I can’t really point the government responsible for this but if after 60 years of independence and Ghana is still like this then none of them did well”, he said.
He revealed that he has never dreamt of becoming a president in Ghana on the account that the kind of mentality behind leadership in Ghana is overwhelming and very unfortunate.
Sean Paul stated that people presume that anyone without a firm educational background is dumb, hence even if there is an illiterate who can govern the country very well with his wisdom, people will never allow it because they presume the person is dumb.
He also added that he personally disliked the idea of ever going to school because it was a waste of time for him.
