Elvis Manu is a 24 year old Ghanaian who was born in Netherlands. He has already featured for all the youth levels of the Netherland National team and is yet to start for the senior team. The teams he has played for include F.C Feyenoord, Brighton and Hove Albion and Ludogorets Razgrad and now plays Wisla Krakow in Poland.
Elvis Manu spoke with TVP Sports and he said that in the last two years he has been seriously involved to get the papers ready to play for the Ghana Black Stars.
These were his words. “The topic started 5 or 6 years ago but I have been seriously involved in this matter for 2 years “
He then continued “The manager at the time (C.K Akonnor) wanted to appoint me but my papers were not ready at the time. I took up the procedure, but the selector has changed in the meantime. We will see what the future holds. I hope to play for Ghana soon.“
